I moved to regional NSW in January and haven't looked back.
I came on a work and holiday visa, soon to be going to a partner visa when I marry my woman, so I'll be staying indefinitely.
It was very easy and straight forward. Prepare to shell out $$$ to get here, the visas alone can be a pain in the ass. Totally worth it though, I love Australia.
