Not sure how this works unless there are special laws protecting men accused/convicted of rape.
I expect they can sue for visitation rights because re: their status as father there is no legal distinction between a rapist and a man with whom she consented...so why would there be some legal distinction that exempted them from being treated like a normal father re: child support?
