Part of me understands the anger that boils beneath you. My grandfather was born in Ireland (as was my grandmother and mother), and fought in WW2 on BOTH US fronts, as well as Korea. I'm proud of the man. I'm proud that my father is full-blooded German, and has the German-engineer blood in his veins (dude is brilliant).
But they aren't YOUR accomplishments, and, so long as you remember that, it helps. You have the obligation to try your best to surpass your forefathers.
