Wisconsin is winner take most for winning the state, and winner take all for each district in Wisconsin... so Trump basically only got 3 delegates for the district(s) he won. But it's okay, because Trump will get 100% of the delegates in New York for getting 50% of the vote... and New York has 95 delegates. Trump will steamroll the North East... so it's all worth it.

it's based on congressional districts, with the "At large" delegates being winner takes all. So I think 18 of Ted Cruz' delegates are from that "at large" pool, which are winner takes all.
