It's easy to come up with an impressive-looking project when someone is doing all the thinking for you, but put them in a graduate-level STEM class and a lot of these people fall apart.

I didn't have any decent teachers and I think my grad econ research paper was more innovative than any of the crap the pampered females in my class came up with.

One week ago a black classmate asked me to read her resume, as she's starting to apply to jobs and getting no responses. Undergrad GPA: fucking 1.8. no extra-curriculars/unique job experience.Nothing special whatsoever, I asked about her application process and she said she didn't even finish it, she emailed the head of the program for information and was offered a spot immediately, because she's a damn dindu.
I know white girls who were on a waiting list with 3.7 GPA. American colleges are cancer.
