My idea is to introduce a law where, if a person has committed a felony then anybody they've ever had sex with is to be buried alive.
This would be applied retro-actively.
Benefits:
-Marriage rates at a young age more than quadruple
-Inner cities see rise in test scores and the most significant marriage jump ever seen
-Crime is cut in over half
-STD rates plummet
-Christian values and morals make a reemergence

That would only help marriage in a very minor notion and would not be sustainable in helpfulness
Arranged marriage
Abolish public high school as a requirement and instead encourage trade schools, apprenticeship and young marriages
Also what happens to rape victims

Abolish no fault divorce laws.
Outlaw hormonal birth control.
Birth control is not allowed to be covered under insurance.
No alimony, only child support. If father pays child support he has full visitation rights and equal or full custody.
Fed must provide paternal test to force child support.
Single parents only receive welfare for the children they initially have upon applying for welfare. Any new children they bare is on the responsibility of the parent.
Single women cannot apply for adoption.
Men receive significant tax cuts for marrying single mothers.
