Secondly, the war on drugs is, by design, meant to increase the price of drugs by curbing the supply via enforcement; it has no effect on the demand. We have members within our government institutions and law enforcement agencies who make significant profit off these drugs - either through back-alley drug distribution and sale like the CIA conducts, or through public financing of the enforcement agencies which keeps many, many, cops employed.
The war on drugs does not have an end-goal. It is meant to persist in perpetuity without actually impacting drug usage at all. Because the purpose is profit, not ending drug use, and if you were halfway competent, intelligent, or honest, you'd be able to see and understand this. The "war on drugs" keeps drugs profitable; you are nothing but a useful idiot keeping it going, despite the fact that the actual achievements since the inception of this "war" have had ZERO effect on drug usage rates, you run around like some pathetic whiteknighting moral crusader with a holier-than-thou attitude telling everyone how to live while hypocritically ignoring how incompetent your approach to curbing drug use has been.
