On Long Island, a lot of schools weight students' GPAs based on the classes they take. An unweighted GPA is based around a maximum of 100 points. Princeton and Cornell are still GOAT for science and engineering and Harvard, Yale, and Penn are still good for business and some of the "harder" liberal arts/social sciences (math, economics, some sub-disciplines of psychology, etc). Columbia needs to be razed to the ground, and Brown and Dartmouth are basically glorified party schools. However, the Ivy doesn't produce as many "good" grads as they used to, with most coming out with some form of liberal arts or humanities degree and working for bullshit companies that only hire their particular flavor of Ivy grad (Notre Dame, Wake, and Duke are equally guilty of this).
