Using cryengine for a strategy game? Why? Also and anitsemitic games is very unlikely to get on a market to be sold.
The only reason to use cryengine is for that sweet lighting and material model, which is not really that applicable to a traditional strategy game.
Use a better documented engine like Unity or Unreal. CryEngine seems to have lackluster community/docs.
Or just write your own engine if you are really worried about being sued it's not hard. Pick an open source 3d/2d library and go.
