But she lives in Europe for free, she gets paid a ridiculous wage to basically sit around and do nothing all day, gets her living expenses paid for, and gets to travel europe on her free time.
Most of her gripes come from being isolated and not having many social circles to choose from. Seems like it could be worse, though.

Active duty Air Force here, it's a good deal if you do your research which most don't do. I plan on joining up with my local Sheriff's Office when I get out after I get my degree for free (I was a reserve before I joined), but even I knew that security forces was a bad idea. I got a computer job that got me a top secret clearance instead. I do a 9-5 and go home, 30 days of vacation a year not counting base passes, no bills, tons of free shit, it's a pretty good deal.
Protip to people who are interested in cop shit, they don't care what your degree is in, what branch you were in or what you did because it will barely relate to what you would do if they hired you, all they care about is life experience.
Security forces have probably the shittiest job in the Air Force, mainly with the hours they have to work and how they have to constantly come in on their days off (they can't be compensated everybody gets paid the same).
