That's the problem with comfy places though, everyone wants to live there. A guy just like you went to that part of Bavaria 1000 years ago and really liked the view so he built a little cottage. It was chill for awhile but more passersby also liked the view and built their own cottages. They had kids, more settlers came, it got to be so many people they organized a government. The government kept the crime down and set up a really good social safety net, making the area appealing to niggers and other forms of life that can't support themselves. The parts that remained nigger-free had their land values skyrocket. So you either huddle in with a bunch of smelly gross niggers or hope you win the lottery so you can afford a cottage in the hills.
It's like this in literally every semi-desirable place to live on earth. California used to be a nice place too.
