India has a serious problem with public defecation. Over 620 million people openly defecate in public. It's gotten so bad that public health authorities have created designated shitting streets to try to contain it. This was a UN-sponsored video to encourage indians to use toilets, or at least transport the shit to a toilet.

This is what happens when you have enough food to barely feed everyone, but don't have the wealth to deal with their shit.
