We even studied Russian brainwashing experiments to figure out how to educate better.
It is very dangerous when you attempt to instill partisan political values into students as a core tenet of education, lest facts be left by the way side for being less important than having the correct opinion.
Education should, by its nature, be open-minded and lenient, even if the actual execution and funding is compulsory and the curriculum is regulated.

That's the problem. Especially in middle and high school grades. These little fuckers are tiny adults. They have the capacity to be straight up thugs yet government tries to protect them because "underage".
When you have student that don't want to perform academically, that want to fight, fuck in the bathroom stalls, steal, break shit, et cetera, they shouldn't be allowed to stay in schools with other students that do the right things. I'm educated, I am in the final year of my med school, read much more about actuality, politics and history than my lefties friends (who spends their time entertaining themself with series and video games and never open a book) and after some reflexion I would vote for Trump if I was american.
I think Europe has shown that a heavy welfare policy DOES NOT WORK AT ALL unless you want to sink in debt our attract the poors of the third world.

Knowing more about the world does precious little to change people's beliefs. Absolute bucketloads of Islamic terrorists are highly educated, including those tow idiots who attacked Glasgow airport with a bomb, and only succeeded in setting themselves on fire. One of them was a doctor. Huh, so being highly educated doesn't dislodge crazy thoughts, and neither does it makes you able to build a bomb, in the way many uneducated people can.
But they're not even talking about proper education. They're talking about ideological "education", that tells people WHAT to think, not HOW to think.
The left is full of shit. Leftist thought has time and again proven to be extremely harmful to education. This. I left normal schooling in year 10 because of the way it's going. They all want you to shut up, listen and not complain. If you start asking questions or getting in arguments with teachers, people automatically escalate them into full on shitfests and in the end you get suspended.
I started working the day I left school. I have a damn nice in a comfortable suburb of Brisbane, a wife, and two kids. The horror stories of "YOU'LL END UP A DRUGGIE DEAD IN A SEWER IF YOU DON'T SPEND 8 YEARS IN UNIVERSITY" that got pounded into my head in high school were false and only served to intensify the will for me to not continue.
Really, the problem with western education is that it expects everyone in it to be exactly the same. I was a little shit in school who "didn't learn much", but the moment I left it all of my formerly bad traits turned into good ones.
I was easily irritable, so I turned that into the ability to shut up and get to work. I was extremely active and found it hard to sit down, so I found a job where I could run around and do shit to my heart's content. I argued a lot, so I found a technical job where I could argue with people who could actually take criticism.
Most kids in high school nowadays are most likely going to end up permanently scarred, put into extremely bad jobs/living arrangements, and end up with thousands in debt by the time they're 25. High Schools only serve to scare people into making the "right" decisions, those decisions fucking them over in the end.
I'm glad I'm out of high school now. If I was in it to year 12 I would most likely be in prison or dead.

Incredibly insightful post. I was also pushed to university by high school. Spent a year in traditional university where I fucked around and dropped out after a year. Went to a technical school after that and got a 2 year degree in computer programming. Got a shot right after graduation making a pretty decent wage.
