Don't get me wrong, i'm not against tipping and i tip down here in australia when i get GOOD FUCKING SERVICE but it's not mandatory, it's a gesture of goodwill for the servers who do a great job.

Mandatory tipping is autistic as fuck. If a person needs tips to make ends meet, then it's the employer's fault for giving shit wages not the customer's. Just raise the price of the fucking food if people are going to require a certain amount of tip.
Tipping is something that must be earned. Don't serve me properly, don't expect my loose change. Metaphorically suck my dick and you'll get more than a few extra dollars.
