Ah yes, the airconditioning thing. It's funny, because there's a central truth to it all. Men don't get cold as quickly as women. It's a simple body mass thing. The larger a creature gets, the more easily they retain heat. Some smaller species, like voles, actually physically change body structure during the winter to deal with this, and sleep very little.
So air conditioning is set to a lower temperature in offices by men who are more bothered by heat than women. Makes sense, right? But the femicrazies ignore that there's one surefire way of dealing with cold:

Because office regulations tend to require men to show up in suits. And I don't know if you wear those things regularly, but they can get pretty hot. I retain heat pretty well, and I try to avoid wearing a suit in the summer. It sucks.
But women don't have that problem. They can just show up in whatever the fuck they want, as long as they don't floip their tits out. And they all choose to show up in flimsy pieces of fabrid that don't retain heat nearly as well as your standard male suit.
So what's happening in reality, is that men turn the air conditioning to a colder setting because sexist norms require that they dress in the same uncomfortable, formal clothing regardless of the season.
Huh.
So you could solve this, just by giving men the same privileges as women, and by telling women to not act like idiots.
It's almost like with every other issue in feminism.
