Is there anything more blue pill than the big bang theory? It seems like a clear case of brainwashing.
The big bang/atheism is the theory that in the beginning there was nothing, and then nothing magically condensed and exploded, and then all of a sudden the universe as we know it popped into existence. Nothing exploded in order to create everything.
It seems so blatantly obviously false, how can NOTHING exploded to become SOMETHING? It defies all common logic. It's a theory that is completely implausible and your own common sense and mathematics that you should know since a baby tells you that nothing cannot suddenly become something, yet it is widely accepted anyway.
It's an experiment to see how many people they can brainwash into believing something blatantly false without question just because scientists told them so. The Bible explains exactly how the universe was created by Almighty God yet most people shy away from it and give into the jewish brainwashing and believe something clearly false.

Through genetics, this variation is heritable.
Selective pressures are obvious. Certain traits will be favored in an environment.
Thus you get evolution. Over a large time scale, of course it will have a large effect and produce such complex life forms.

It's possible to believe in God, the Big Bang, and evolution if you remember that the creation myth in Genesis could be just a metaphor picture book for ignorant Israelites
Why do I believe this? There's no reason an Almighty God cannot create the universe with the Big Bang, and since He's omniscient, there's no reason he couldn't direct it using Chaos Theory and the butterfly effect to shape it. Since he's both, he could set off the Bang just right and watch every particle come into being and go exactly where he calculated it would.
Which is where we come to evolution. God is outside of time and timeless. There is no reason an Almighty God CAN'T create everything we know within 4 billion years because time doesn't matter to him and he works on long timescales anyway. There's plenty of evidence for long timescales all over the bible.
Lastly, there is no reason to believe the story in Genesis, as we know it, hasn't been mangled over time when it was told by mouth and even when it was written down. The bible has been parsed, edited, and revamped multiple times by men who are imperfect.
TLDR, an omniscient and omnipotent God could create the universe with a Big Bang, guide its chaos using chaos theory and the butterfly effect over long time scales, and create everything the slow way, instead of just throwing it altogether in 7 days. Saying he can't do it on those time scales with that much accuracy is to deny your personal belief in God's greatness.
(although, He could also do the 7 day thing if omniscient and omnipotent. However, the evidence just doesn't add up for that)

Look OP, I'm inclined to agree. The Big Bang and abiogenesis and evolution are all good theories based on what we know of the universe.
But therein lies the flaw. What DO we know about the universe? And here's what /pol/ ignores, because they just can't believe the conspiracy runs that deep: the very FOUNDATION of our science is built on the works of Jews like Einstein and Oppenheimer. They are the ones who created the idea of relativity and gravity, and these theories have dominated astronomy. All other scientific disciplines have this as their starting point, and so geology and paleontology and biology and archeology will naturally continue creating their ideas on this foundation.
So I think the Jews led science in the wrong direction on purpose, just as they intended to destroy the German empire, just as they have poured all manners of terrible influences into the West to lead to its decline. To what end? Because there is something far greater going on than religion and science have led us to believe. I believe cyclical disasters destroy civilizations and even entire worlds, and that they have worked very hard to conceal this fact from us, because how else would we be able to have everything we have if everyone knew it would all end?
That's my take on it, anyway. I have a lot of information and ideas in my head that have led me to this conclusion, far more than I can be bothered to type up here.
