Gated communities outside of large cities can be very nice. They're often larger than small towns, have a more upper-class, educated, and ambitious population, and feature things like country clubs and golf courses. They're pretty much exclusively white.
You have to remember: for many of us with white collar jobs, it's completely impractical - if not nearly impossible - to do our work and live out in the middle of nowhere. We have to be near business centers. So then the question becomes whether to live in the suburbs or in the city proper. Neither is perfect, but such is life.

I'm not Seattle anon, but I'm from the SF Bay Area, so I know what a congested, zoo-like shit hole looks like, and let me say that Seattle is pretty tame. I was there a couple weeks ago for awhile and you can find a decent size property, for a reasonable price like a half-hour north from the city. I was actually impressed, but everything is a step-up from where I am right now.

I live in a small town, though not very small - around 55,000 people. Love it here. And, it will always be this way, at least for the foreseeable future.
At this level - local government, local cops, local judges, all pretty much of the same mind that we don't want our town overrun by niggers, spics, or towelheads - it is possible to keep a town clean and white.
Our cops are racist, of course. If an unknown nigger comes to my town, he will be watched until he leaves. If a group of unknown niggers (or Mexicans) come to town together, they'll be pulled over. They'll be subtly encouraged to move the fuck on. If they don't, they'll get arrested over something - Creating a Disturbance is a catch-all charge that works perfectly. Then, if they have money, they'll bail themselves out and get the fuck out of town, probably never to return, even for court.
If they don't have money, they'll be in jail until they see our judge, who will make complete idiots out of them no matter what they say. He'll let them go with time served. Then they will, you guessed it, get the fuck out of town.
Don't get me wrong, we've got a few niggers. They mostly keep to themselves, but when they do interact with the rest of us, they are polite, respectful, and humble.
So it's do-able, guys. But it's only do-able at the community level, by people in Law Enforcement and other members of the community working together with a common, rarely-spoken goal.
