>"I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT ECONOMICS, FOREIGN POLICY, OR POLITICS IN GENERAL."

Shit, /pol/....do these people not realize what they're saying?
>>
Here come all of the economics PhDs on /pol/ that support Trump.
>>
>>69940789
Honestly this is what I am confused about. People weigh on on both sides, some support Bernie's plan, some support Trump's. On /pol/ I don't think hardly anyone actually knows shit about economics.
>>
Nobody knows anything about economics, foreign policy or politics because all of these systems aim to place definitive lines on erratic beings.
TL;DR nothing will ever work

People on either side should at least understand the basics enough to know WHY what they support could or couldn't work.

Does it take a PhD to realize you can't tax a country into prosperity?
>>
>>69940992
Okay, genius. Go tell all those economists and political theorists this, since you're apparently smarter than them.

Fucking faggot.

The worst bit is I don't trust their opinions any longer since it's known that Hillary buys out opinions.

Because once again there's no candidate who actually represents what the people truly want; NATIONAL socialism.

If Bernie didn't want to import and coddle a bunch of niggers / Mexicans then he'd be the perfect candidate.

Has any system that has tried to put human beings in a box worked for more than 250 years ever? Read Fate of Empires. Systems in place means nothing when the human will destroys the system that it grows in.

Trump's economics suck too.

He is into protectionism, which is basically the economic equivalent of creationism.
>>
>>69941068
But they do have to admit that. It's reality. Why? Whole Economic theory is based on human beings behavior. And guess what? We are kind of unpredictable. That's what our friend was saying.
If some theorist negates that, then he would be doing something similar as what feminists do.

I don't know much about economics, foreign policy, or politics in general, but I was raised know the difference between right and wrong.

Jesus Christ, why is this man so fucking popular? He's literally admitting he's unqualified.

I'm pretty sure it's a guy sharing a post on Facebook, not Bernie actually speaking. Though the fact that you aren't surprised that he might say that speaks volumes.

If you believe that humans can actually sustain any system for an extended period of time regardless of erratic and unpredictable human nature then be my guest. I will never believe that fallible beings can create an infallible system for themselves. Do some systems work better than others? Yes. Is there a possibility of utopia or a long lasting system? Unfortunately no.
>>
>>69941872
Ah, I see that now. Color me retarded.

And honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if he said something like that

>economic experts

The truth is we need to engage in free trade but have political pressure to regulate other countries. TPP doesn't accomplish any of that, companies will just abuse it to get cheap labor & the benefits on the American consumer will be marginal. The current political climate doesn't give us the presence to regulate fair behavior in international trade. Fixing this is the only way into the future, we should have a federal department that deals with international trade and adheres to maximize our benefit.

We also need to balance our budget & have 2-4% inflation to melt our debt away over time (paying it down or having a surplus isn't very smart).

We also need to reform our tax code to promote long-term capital investment, etc... The issue at hand with the World today is that it's globalized. The corporate tax isn't viable. Corporations will simply use M&A and structure their operations to avoid taxes. The corporate tax is just a short-term solution to fund our broken healthcare/SS programs.

>inb4 Corporate shill
Companies are only paying 15-20% in taxes and this will trend down & cause inversions if we don't do something about it.

Also import tariffs for high-skill industries are a good option while all of this is happening. This will keep high paying jobs in the United States.

This is actually true outside of /pol/ as well. There is a huge gap between the scholarly research on economics and the practical application of it.

Black American here. We need National Socialism for this country to get it back on track from the last 8 years of solid fucking up. I feel it should be strongly based on American Nationalism rather than ethnicity. Anyone not wanting to contribute to building a better nation is free to get the fuck out.

Bernie's commie handouts sounds great to a generation that hasn't had to work for anything, to aliens draining our economy, and the usual welfare leeches. Working towards building a strong, formidable, no-bullshit nation should be our primary goal.

If we could re-brand "National Socialism" into something more palatable-sounding to shirk any "nazi" connotations (which the left would use to discredit it and everything else that triggers them), I think it could be possible.
>>
Most voters don't know much about economics, foreign policy, or politics. If this person is willing to admit that much that is a good sign. They're basically saying they don't know much about the issues but are going with their gut. People like this are a lot more willing to change their minds unlike the self proclaimed political scientists of /pol/.
>>
>>69943593
Considering the topic is 'What racial blind spots do you have?'.. Saying that white people can't be poor is pretty fucking blind.

Is this guy for real?

At least our politicians acknowledge who they are (generally rich privileged conservative cunts).

If it's really that great of an idea, you shouldn't need to "rebrand" it, you snake. The idea should stand well enough on it's own.

And "National Socialism" doesn't.

a big argument against (mostly full blown) socialism is that it defies human nature by trying to get people to work hard with zero incentive since their paycheck will be the same no matter what they do. The only feasible way to encourage individuals to excel without economic boons is to encourage them to work for the betterment of their country and its people. The principle of a united nation working together for the advance and superiority of their country sounds like an idea that should sell itself.

Obviously whites dont want to work for the betterment of shitskins so we'll probably need to build some gas chambers, but after that its smooth sailing.
