Why doesn't Africa just become the united states of Africa?
There's enough countries in Africa and it would do better for the country if all this income from oil, metals and so on was to be focus into a single country not just a small mirconation.

It worked for the US because national identity was already established under the British banner, but Africa is a tribal shithole full of the poorly educated. South Africa was their best chance, but they blew it.
There's yet to be a Warboss big and green enough to lay claim to the continent. It's likely the rest of the world has means in place to cut down potential Warbosses before they get too powerful however.
