It completely depends on the mexican. I work in construction litigation and have heard stories of home owners from out of state coming in for a surprise look at their new home being built, seeing three mexicans passed out drunk in the back yard, beer cans lying around...
Also, mexicans who do stupid stupid shit that completely violate code, like a crew of mexicans putting up siding and veneer before the fucking water proof barrier had been applied. Their boss tells them to go out to that project and do that job that day and they don't question anything. so entire sides of buildings contract mold and leak into the interiors after two years, causing all sorts of lawsuits.
They drive construction vehicles they are not licenced or qualified to drive, cause accidents on the roads, and flee back to mexico.
