I used to quite enjoy mocking swedes for their dildocracy, but after spending time there, I came away feeling pretty sorry for them. There was struggle and hard work but people asked themselves what they could do for the society and community. If shit hit the fan you could always depend on your father government that was looking out for you. But everyone wanted to work and contribute and that was the norm.
The idea that someone among your peers wanted to use and exploit the system was a foreign idea. The was no reason that someone not bourgeois would want to cheat the system. And even the bourgeois did their part. They were in symbiosis with the people and government to create a strong industry.
Most Swedes of today has just not yet woken up from their safe little bubble. Because the only interaction with multi culti for a majority of Swedes are gypsy beggars outside every store, the local pizza guy and an African cooking show on TV.

Even if she says nothing it might still be considered rape because she might feel threatened in that situation and had not given consent.

I think it's preschool and primary school here. They're pretty ok at promoting kindness (not so much for achievement though). Also I think you get the people who want to move up in life. Which concentrates the effect. Also foreigners often want friends. But I can see that happening here.
