>>
The only thing I remember ever rising in Brazil was the crime rate
>>

>Does anyone else remember when Brazil was a "country on the rise" ?

Yeah, the BRIC states, kek...
I remember, years ago a heated discussion in a German discussion board about an analysis from the "Deutsche Bank" who wrote how great Brazil is and how much greater it will be in the near future and how everyone should invest there

kek...
>>
>>69874866
It was on the rise because the government kept giving low interest loans to huge companies, this type of "developmentalism" can only end in crisis
>>
Fuck, the Olympics are going to be a nightmare.

Not even China had this many problems.
>>
The only thing rising in Brazil is the smell of them.
>>

CSGO is now their national sport, after fallen becomes president of Brazil he will fix things
>>
>>69875049

>>

escapism
>>
>>69875290
Think about the people who like anime.

They use it to escape from the fact that they're a useless piece of shit who will never amount to anything. Doing things they'll never do, in places they'll never live, interacting with people they'll never know.

you just describe anyone who reads or watch any type of media as a hobby
>>
>>69875849
Hmm true. But lets be honest nobody takes it to the same level as animefags do.

At least not in the same numbers.
>>
The BRICS got punched back by the Federal Reserve

turns out, the BR socialists in the ICS were full of a bunch of corrupt hypocrites who sold out to George Soros to the tune of a billion bucks.
>>
>>69875961

I'm pretty sure there are more movie enthusiasts than anime fanatics
>>
>>69876016
But how many movie fanatics compared to anime fanatics?

Actually is there even such thing as a movie fanatic? What would they be like...
>>
>>69876016
Most moviefags can check their powerlevels though.

Animefags always identify with their hobby, post cringey shit all over social media, and are socially maladjusted.

>>

It was on the rise due to low interest rates in America and hot money looking for countries that'll offer a reasonable return - emerging markets happened to be just that. The problem is that the Brazilian economy was based on bullshit, corruption and the rate infested population breeding like rabits. There is a reason why your average Brazilian is a fucking moron - thanks Portugal.

>>
>>69874866
I remember. It was before we got caught in the middle income trap and the comoditties prices colapsed.Just wait, when India and China reach the level of development of Russia and Brazil their economy will also decline.
