Leftist dogma in schools would be resolved with libertarian policies. The libertarian wants less government requirements of schools so schools are free to choose what they teach and will reflect th community said school is in.
multiculturalism and diversity: not much laws or lawmakers can feasibly "fix" this "issue." We aren't gonna force legal citizens to leave the country, so we are at least stuck at current diversity levels.
