I think the Identitarians are all about muh culture and traditions, as are most european new right movments, and reject genetic explanations for group differences. This is probably done for respectability reasons too some degree which may work in somewhat normie potential supporters, with the MSM it's a huge fail of course, non.adversarial coverage of anti-immigration/anti-multikult political movements would require huge changes in the implicit rules within the journalistic subculture.
Research wise support for a genetic basis in many group differences is getting more direct on the yearly. In 1-2 decades, at most, the purely environmental view will be impossible to maintain with a straight face for knowledgeable people.
