The lady in the car is named Tomeka and she parks her car there almost every day along with the lady in the pantsuit and the upside down flag. The cops are called on her a lot and when someone tells her that the cops were called, she slips inside the store and buys something like nachos or a hotdog so she can claim shes a paying customer and sit outside.
