actually im nice to my neighbors since theyre mostly old, i mow one ladys little 15x20ft patch of grass and when it snows i shovel their little sidewalks and shit, in return they bake me goodies. sometimes they offer money but i decline it. they put holiday cards with money in my mailbox occasionally. it isnt hard being nice with nice people when youre a nice person yourself
