Why isn't Nigeria the superior African country?
How can we make Nigeria great again?
By taking away all foreign aid from Africa. Let only the strong survive.

We don't have to make them great. Just reasonably stable.
It is possible we might see a stabilization in the next few decades if China cucks them hard enough to make more mixed-race babies, boosting their childrens' IQ's but also displacing them enough to make them easy victims of consumerism, thereby bringing populations further down.

Cut off all foreign aid. Nigeria would be fine if they were able to settle their own shit. They're basically like America except a lot more corrupt and instead of having stoners on Oregon, Washington, and California- they have Boko Haram. They have pretty great GDP and literacy rates for Africa. Just give Nigeria a chance to thrive on it's own and all of Africa will follow.

Relatively close to America, Europe and South America without being too far from the rest of Africa
Nigerian businessmen spread out and manage most African business, who won't deal with whites or Asians.
Nigeria is relatively large and therefore has access to lots of materials
Nigerian pirates/smugglers are the most successful with the least international effort to stop them, sending lots of money home
Nigeria is computerised as evident by the multitude of Nigerian email scams
Nigeria has the best education in Africa that's not associate to western interest groups.
George Friedman recommends Nigeria as the African nation with the most potential. It could become like Poland, which is almost inevitable that it becomes a global economic power. What's exciting is that white people didn't need to intervene, like in Congo or pre apartheid south Africa. White people are just amazing at making proverbial lemonade out of lemons, it's why everyone hates them, they just refuse to be failures.
