I feel that. I live in mid-NY and the winters get old fast. Idk how the provinces work up there, but things can vary state by state here. I'd advise you look into which one fits you. I love NY, the Adirondack mountains are awesome, but taxes are pretty high. The city is a completely different world from any other part o the state. Good luck.
