If you want an actual explanation it's because
1. Slave niggers were bred to be strong and stupid
2. Actual Africans are stupid because without education they never learn how to apply their brains. I have a 100% Nigerian gf and she's smarter than fuck, although I'm still trying to redpill her but it's working.
But yeah I'm not saying humans of all races are blank slates, I'm just saying that niggers in Africa had no reason to develop new technology and thus can't educate themselves effectively and that we made slave niggers dumb as rocks.
