On Brandon DiCamillo,
Brandon ultimately grew apart from Bam and the endless party following projects between 2006 - 2007 that he hadn't wanted to have been associated with. He was largely convinced to take part in Jackass Number Two, the Dickhouse production crew of which he had never enjoyed being around, only to have his segments and appearances cut from the film and barely shown in the bonus material (Previously MTV had wanted all of his now defining screen time in Viva La Bam cut out, Bam forced it into his own edits which were broadcast mostly intact).
Some more numbing MTV productions for TV shows and projects including the animation pilot that he absolutely detested being part of, through to the long delayed, poorly cast and poorly produced Minghags film, censored/snubbed Radio Bam sessions joined by many unlikeable guests, finally ended their long standing family-friendship mostly after Bam's alcoholism even at that point grew too much for DiCamillo to endure.
From the last discussion on the subject with Brandon in private almost now 5 years ago following Ryan's death, he confirmed he hadn't spoken with Bam since 2008. The rest of his recent activity solo was largely a financial comfort but he has now again left the public eye and wishes to live a quieter life (rather sad that he was unable to see through the issues and attend Ryan Dunn's funeral however).
More to say on Bam and the CKY crew but let's leave it at that. Just sorry to see that Bam and family chose/needed to turn to yet another TV show to see through these issues that should have been dealt with in private so long ago. Doing better now so we hear but in all best of luck to him.
