Why is nobody even aware of this? Bernie still has a shot and could definitely still be a viable candidate.
>what are superdelegates
Sorry reddit, he literally has no chance.
>>69782601
He actually has 1011
>>69782685
Ok then what is a super delegate if you're so smart?
>>69782685
This, what a gay thread from OP.
The only positive thing about this election is it might redpill some liberals on how fucked their party actually is.
>>69782685
Yes, but I hope he wins the pledged delegates so the Democratic party implodes. I also hope the same thing happens at the RNC. Both parties are kikeville. The sooner we get more choice the better. This is America, not Soviet Russia.
>>69782685
/pol/ confirming again they don't know politics or history.
>>69782601
The problem is, how will Sanders perform going forward. The way the polls are now, Sanders will lose critical states (CA and NY) that he needs to win by a decent margin in order to make up the delegate difference. It would be pretty miraculous for that to happen, but it is possible.

How about the superdelegates changing to support Obama in 2008? Superdelegates may endorse now, but they can change their vote up to the convention.
You only need to consider the impact that overturning the people's vote would have to understand why superdelegates would switch to Sanders if he overtakes Clinton in normal delegates (which is still very unlikely).

I do actually think he's got a shot; the real problem is that ALL democratic party primaries and caucuses are proportional. Even if he wins, say, 60% of Wisconsin on Tuesday, Hillary still gains 40% of the delegates, which means he only gained by a little bit.
The math just doesn't add up for him in the long run.

The reason Bernie loses
>>69782780
"Schultz's response was, "Unpledged delegates exist really to make sure that party leaders and elected officials don't have to be in a position where they are running against grass-roots activists."
>>69782601
If he had a chance the establishment would be giving him the trump treatment. They don't seem worried about sanders so they probably know something you don't
Holy fuck.
I really don't understand your elections period.
I have zero idea of when it's gonna be done and it feels it started 2 years ago.
How fucking long is this ?
>>69782601
Both scenarios are win-win, as far as I'm concerned.

If you are keeping count this 4 major states sanders is projected to lose by +10%, 3 of which he is projected to lose by +25%

The fact is that the Hillbots in the Media Establishment tally in the Superdelegates to fluff Hillary's numbers.
Bernie is actually only a couple hundred delegates behind her.
The Media didn't add the Superdelegates like this back in 2008. It's all about crowning Queen Hillary.

This argument is so fucking dumb and every Berniecuck plebbitfag uses it. So lets dispel this fiction once and for all.
This was 2008, it looks nothing like 2016. Bernie isn't catching up, and the super delegates aren't changing their mind.
>>69785739
The DNC won't even need to jew him is the funny bit. It will be great to watch the cry "votee fraud" like they did in AZ

>>69785826
Bernie also hasn't overtaken Clinton in normal delegates either, which would be the critical factor. You don't need to figure in the irrelevant supers to make the case that Bernie is unlikely to win.
>>69782601
Bernie winning the democrat nom would be amazing because it leads to two possible outcomes:
1. He wins the election and the country gets fucked for 4-8 years so we swing back to the right for a long time (or America is permanently destroyed)
2. He loses the election against kasich, Cruz, and maybe even trump
Either way I'd rather have him over shillary's PC feminist status quo Saul Alisnky horseshit that has infected my beloved nation
