Yes, in some areas, no in other more relevant ones. Income tax on the rich is too high, capital gains taxes and various property taxes tend to run low, in addition, sales taxes are skewed far away from the rich.
Saying you agree or disagree with this statement is basically just bullshit, or you're admitting you don't know much about taxes.
The real question is "do you think some people are too rich", which is pointless.
This test is stupid and people who take it seriously are even worse.
