They live in such a hermetic cocoon of bourgeois-aristocratic privilege and smothering self-satisfaction that they no more hear what people outside their like-minded "safe space" are saying to them than Ben Affleck or Carl the Cuck does.
It's sad to have to say it but, if we want to stop these people from destroying our nations, cultures and societies, talking to them isn't going to do it. Behaving like fair, rational, decent human beings with these people and trying to keep the moral high ground that way just isn't going to work. It's extremely frustrating how these kinds of people ignore anything bad about Islam. The thing is, their extreme cuck point of view actually turns some people away from them. Pat Condell is a famous example of this: he was actually a left wing guy before the left started defending Islam until they're beheaded. Now he supports UKIP.

In those days the position of the left at least had some substance and left and right could (sort of) talk to one another.
Since the defining characteristic of the left has become 'being gay for Islam', though, leftists and liberals have become allergic to using both arguments from nature AND arguments from culture. They are basically left with NOTHING, except stammering something random and incoherent about 'this person doing what he did in that situation just because...um.....he was that person doing what he did in that situation'. Pure tautology. The very opposite of reasoning by definition, since reasoning involves revealing something through a predicate that was not already evident in the subject. And yet this guy gets paid hundreds of thousands a year to teach students at elite universities to think.
