First she says that when you account for various factors like education and such there is still a wage gap. First of all, it's not a wage gap at all, it's an earnings gap and these are 2 different things. Secondly, she doesn't say how much the gap is since it becomes very small (a few percent) which would of course cast large doubt on the whole thing. Lastly, she still implicitly assumes it's because of discrimination which is something you have to actually prove.
Then she goes into some reasons to say why her bullshit is true and those reasons are patently absurd and frankly misogynistic.
First she says that historically women's work was low paid and undervalued ignoring the simple fact that low skilled work is looked down on because it's low skilled - not because women do it.
Secondly she dismisses the choices that women make in education and jobs as a product of our sexist culture. She's literally denying women their own moral agency and assumes that they're just too dumb to make their own choices. I cannot imagine a more woman-hating position to take
Lastly, she says that women still take on most of the housework and so don't have more time for their careers. This is again a problem because it assumes implicitly that men are refusing to their work or are somehow forcing women to do it. She again presents no real evidence to back up her explanation. How does she know that women don't simply prefer to spend some more time around the house? If I'm making massive amounts of money at my job and my wife isn't it makes sense for us as a couple if she puts in less time in the workplace and more in the home. It's not sexism, it's people running their own lives as they see fit not as some youtube activist wants them to.
She keeps making the automatic assumption that just because there's a disparity there also must be discrimination since that is clearly the only possible explanation.
