Well in my school most of the really bad kids are white, like they're 60% of the school population but make up 90% of the violent incidents I have to deal with and despite having a handful of badly behaved black kids we've not had to expell any of them for years, none whilst I've been at my current school.

I suppose the fact they know me, and like I teach a lot of their kids, and they've got trust in me cos of that, gives me an insight that people who aren't from here wouldn't get.
