I'm going to counter-signal and say that women were never godly, they only took over the church (and when I mean took over, I mean in Protestant American churches) because it gave them a platform for attention whoring. Now they do literal attention whoring.
The huge majority of godly women are women my mom's age at the youngest but most I've seen are more my grandmother's age or older. Women my age and younger may attend churches but I'll call the Devil a Christian before I would them.
