Wtf? I'm sure we wouldn't be in this situation without industralisation but nevertheless you can't realistically blame it on men not having to work like men. Plenty of men work very hard and they know that it puts food on the table. I think the real culprit is that women are economically more productive than they were before modern technology. Not only that but the fact that the ratio of men to women has been slowly rising over the last century in most western countries. In the UK immediately after WW1, there was a severe shortage of young men and many women never ended up marrying. You can bet that when a man is constantly surrounded by desperate, horny women who will only accept him as a man, he will man the fuck up and do his job.
