I've been to Ethiopian restaurants before. The buckwheat pita they use and the spices are pretty dank. Plus lots of meats. And their coffee is nice and strong.

I've had Ethiopian food before. Some of it's okay, but that sour tasting dark bread stuff it's served on is disgusting.

You eat it in the morning, it consisted of citric vegetables like tomato and also cassava as well as fish and some meat mixed into it.

I had an African roommate, his mom often sent him home with some soup that you put over rice.
It was good, really spicy, but a unique spiciness. Has a really strong smell, that will burn your nostrils. She never deboned the chicken, so we'd have to pull them out. This shit would stain your fingers for days.
I don't give a shit where a dish originates from, as long as it's delicious. Having said that, I don't think I've tried a lot of African food.
