Italians I've met were cool as fuck, both the natives and tourists. I've never met any spaniards but I like Spain as a country, and most poles probably do too (at least the catholic ones).

Normaly I'd say it's not possible since poles are usually quite hospitable but recently there's been some cases where people were mistaken for rapefugees. But you're probably safe if you have pale skin.
