My girlfriend is the sweetest, nicest girl you would ever meet. Yet she's so fucking insane for Bernie that she once told me how she'd like him to be emperor of the world. I'm not kidding. I know all of this can't be blamed on Sanders, but I still can't help but feel that him and his shills are tricking people who are completely naive of the political system. There's an entire generation of 20 year olds who are completely fed up and disillusioned with politics, then this asshole comes along and tells them how he's going to fix everything without giving a single realistic solution. He must know he's unrealistic too, surely he can't be that stupid - but yet he continues to exploit an entire generation of people who, for all their faults, genuinely want to make things right.
And so now look what'll happen: Sanders will lose to Clinton. And when he does, he's going to tell all the followers of his cult that the reason he lost was because of them, that they didn't try hard enough. He's going to convince them that his ideas were still perfect, but that it was evil that defeated him. So now this entire generation will not only be fervently misinformed, but they'll be even more disillusioned than before. And when they all come of age, when they become the dominant force in the US - someone like Sanders will come along to harvest all these useful idiots that Sanders planted.
