There also was added a biographical questionnaire that asked questions like "how many sports did you play in school" that something like 80% of applicants fail. There was an FAA official who had ties to an organization of minorities within the FAA which charges annual fees and he leaked answers to the biographical questionnaire to give the organization participants unfair advantages in the questionnaire. Later a whistleblower leaked the story by publishing emails sent to all of the members and when the organization got wind of the leak they sent out more emails threatening whistleblowers into silence and threatening to remove the person which they claimed to know who it was. A large number of ATC applicants have been trying to make this story huge for several years now but so far the most media coverage it's had was on a short fox business article. The FAA recently conducted and concluded an internal investigation and found no wrongdoing. Look into it.

Fortunately for me I passed the biographical questionnaire during last year's bid and I have a tentative offer to go to the FAA ATC academy. I'm currently in bureaucracy purgatory but literally any day now I should be getting a phone call.
It was pretty devastating though. I took out student loans and planned my whole life around taking the CTI classes then going pretty much directly to the academy. I was the graduating class right before the change and got fucked over hard. Here I am almost 2 and a half years later and I'm just starting to get back on track. It is only being true and just to accept races vary between each other. There is absolutely to reason to believe the races evolved in the same ways (If you believe in evolution, I do not) This being said, it is only true and just to acknowledge the differences between the races. Asians have minimal hair, smaller, largest most powerful brain. Whites are in the middle, more hair, Good IQ but still behind Jews and Asians, light bones allowing us to swim better then blacks, not best in terms of physical ability. Blacks have denser bones, least fat, are good at sports hence why so many nogs are in football and basketball, they also have the least IQ. I would like to believe we are all equal, but since we are not even equal in physical traits why should I fathom we are equal in mental capacity? If the white race dies due to the white genocide aka diversity, I have faith in our asian overlords with their superior intellect who will stand firm.
