Here's the thing: the thing that people don't understand. There is no Hillary Clinton. There never was a Hillary Clinton. Who knows, maybe once every few months she huddles up with a pint of Häagen-Dazs to watch Top Chef, and there're a few moments of real authentic Hillary. In public though, that Hillary is sequestered away to some reclusive corner of her withered mind. The Hillary that we're allowed to see is a product: the sum result of thousands of hours of campaign strategists imprinting her with every pollster result and popular position. She's the machine built by the machine, a vaguely-conscious Skynet incarnate singularly dedicated to her unflinching objective.
Of course she doesn't remember everything she may've said over the years, because she never actually said them. Sure, the words may have passed through her lips, but she's just a conduit, a robotic mouthpiece, hardly conscious of the meticulous rhetoric that she's been chosen to convey. Who knows what she thought then or thinks now? Maybe she doesn't even know anymore. She's just a marionette in a hurricane, thrashing about like an uncontrolled firehouse, douching anyone in the vicinity with whatever persona the night-shift fed her that morning.
Baitman?
She is purely a Wall Street candidate as was Bill Clinton, a puppet of the financial and elite interests who rule this country. She's latching on to Obama now (despite things she has said in the past about him) to build a progressive base of ignorant fools.
Quite true; if she had any sense, then she'd retire at the top of her game.
But she can't let a life of failure go. She had deep-seated sado-masochistic psychological issues that she's turned into literally mystic demon worship, and she's given herself over to the relentless persuit of power to be a more important cog in the machine over all else. She knows she's more capable than the average bear, but unable to accept her place in the grand scheme.
