Trump could be the greatest idea democrats have ever had.

Trump says he hes worth upwards of 10B. Various people estimate its 2-5B. He must be counting the money he'll be paid by democrats to destroy the republican party.

Big democrat donors like Soros (worth 23B), Adelson (29B), Bloomberg (37B), Simons (14B), the Cox family(35B), various multi billion dollar corporate donors, and many more could easily make a Trump a double digit billionaire.

Is Trump doing it for the money, or can he truly not be "bought off"?

Trump is running for Trump.
I doubt he actually gives too much of a shit about policy or politics.

I will say that his relating to the "silent majority" and using shock tactics to bring sheep in the fold is brilliant.

If Trump was a democratic plant their shills in the media wouldn't be trying to kneecap him so hard with various demographics, plus they would have exploded these Cruz stories before WI.

They would have gotten him the nomination before going in for the kill, even if he's gone rogue.

Delusional
>>
>>69689419

The notion that any major candidate in this election is completely bought is just as absurd as Trump being bought out. Just because Trump is slightly richer, why does that make him any more immune than other candidates from being bought out by many people each 10 times richer?
>>
poor leftists like op don't understand rich people like trump. he's not a jew like bloomberg. he worked for his money and has already said he has enough. he's not running so he can get a welfare handout from bloomberg. if the left was using him to take down the right, then there's not a single reason in the whole wide world why the media would be trying to stump trump. they would try to stump cruz while they waited for trump to stump himself.

The idea that he's doing this as controlled opposition went out the window the moment he cost his would be enemies millions and millions of dollars in their protests, attacked the Clinton name, and fucked up several years of progress towards the narrative.

This is a society that would still be confounded by the concept of a wall and immigration halt if Trump hadn't challenged PC culture. He normalized what they want to be taboo. He undid possibly billions of dollars of cultural reprogramming. This was most definitely not in the cards.
>>
>>69692203
you still couldn't refute anything in my original post. you're just salty trump used capitalism to get wealthy. how dare a white man do such a thing.

and if trump can turn millions into billions, then can you turn thousands into millions? the answer is no. you couldn't even turn thousands into hundreds of thousands. you're clearly insecure and feel triggered by people like trump because they remind you of your failings in life.

why would he do that? trump likes making deals. you wouldn't understand. in your mind, being a successful business man is somehow a bad thing.

You're right, Trump didn't "inherit" the money, he got it from "loans" which were secured with things like poker chips from his future hotels.

>>69693462
>why would he do that?

Do be more successful?

>in your mind, being a successful business man is somehow a bad thing

Never said that. My point is hes not successful relative to other people who were gifted with that amount of money. Dumping his money into other people's companies would have generated much more money for him than "making deals" himself.
>>
>>69693227
That's the neat thing about hindsight anon. I could have put 50% of my paychecks into 401k when I was 18-21 but I didnt. Now instead of being extremely wealthy I only have 43k in savings.

I'm far more impressed he took that money and built a business that was extremely successful rather than having sat on it until he was 70.
>>
>>69684597
>businessman sucks up to politicians
>that means he supports them
If you trust nothing about him you cannot deny his ego. He's the type of man that finds it disgusting that his country isn't the absolute best it can be, he's not going to get bought off.
Besides, as the saying goes if you have $10 and lose $1 you have $9, if you have $1 billion and lose $1 you're still a billionaire. It works in reverse, when you get that rich adding money doesn't really mean anything.

The thing about having that much money, whether 5 billion, 10 billion, 50 billion, etc... in any of those cases you're so rich you have no idea what to do with all the money, and any more money will have absolutely no impact on your lifestyle, etc.. This is why all these billionaires hand out cash so much later in life in the first place.

So no, he can't be bought. He has no need for another few billion.
>>
>>69693227
>>69693737

You guys know that his father died in the 90's, when trump was already a billionaire.

The S&P 500 didn't grow 10 fold in the past 15 years

Spread more misinformation though.
>>
>>69684597
The reason Trump says he's worth 10 billion... is because he knows he will sell 40 Wall Street for 300 to 500 million as an example... yet Forbes says he only paid 50 million, so they only add 50 million instead of 300 million to his net worth, and he has tons of property like this.

Also, Trump's name alone is worth billions... and he proved it this election cycle.... he broke records with his earned media... he has more earned media than every other candidate combined in both parties, even if you add their actual cash spent. Trump is at almost 2 billion dollars in earned media.
>>
>>69693690
lol you're so pathetic that you put yourself in the same category as people like trump. you wouldn't have been able to do what he did if you had his opportunities. but you think he's just an over-privileged white man who lives his life on easy mode and never worked a day in his life.

he didn't want to invest in other companies. he likes to make deals. he built an empire using his wealth and his father's wealth. i'm sorry if that doesn't impress you. i'm sorry if you think it was easy to make billions of dollars.

you still sound jelly. you probably have a mcjob and desperately want sanders to pay off your student loans.

If I was given $100mil I would have paid a financial firm who would have probably advised me to invest the money. Most people would have been much, much richer than trump if they started with $100million 30 years ago, simply by sitting on it.

>>69694266

Trumps father and his friends secured him hundreds of millions in loans to get him started, well before the 90s.

By "loans" they were pretty much gifts. They were secured by things like valueless poker chips from his potential future casinos/hotels.

>>69694890

He had many different loans secured by his father and friends, there is $80million in loans we know of and potentially many more.

>>69694800

Reread the post. I am disputing Trump was really "successful" to begin with. Of course there are varying degrees of success. Trump didn't blow his money. But most people that rich built a real business from the ground up. They didn't start with millions in personal "loans"/gifts.

you're very unintelligent. even if trump did inherit "hundreds of millions of dollars", he still chose to use that money to make billions of dollars through deals. the difference between a man like trump and a man like you is simple. trump made risky deals to build an empire. you would've invest the money like a scared cuck with no vision or balls because you know you'd lose everything if you tried to be your own man.

you don't know how to live life. if you inherited money, you'd invest it because you're a coward. trump played the game and won billions. you seem to think he should have many more billions, but your opinion means nothing.

let me explain it in a way a neckbeard cuck like you can understand. if life was a video game, trump decided to play on hard mode by taking risks. it's fun for him. you would've played on easy mode and invested all the money. you care more about money than trump. he wanted a life full of challenges.
