This is on the right tracks. Lend lease TOGETHER with the massive amounts of lives won the eastern front for the soviets. Without either, soviets would have lost/surrended/stalin gone and land taken at least including moscow, more likely up to the ural (not all of russia of course)
What was important regarding the lend lease part: Not the tanks, airplanes and such, but support vehicles to get troops, food, material and tanks etc to the fontlines. Around 1943 up to 60% of all the support vehicles, meaning trucks, trains and train track building requirements, came from the UK or the US. Without these the soviets wouldn´t have been able to support their frontlines and there is a high possibility that they would have even lost moscow during the first "rush" towards it.
This can be deduced, but is also directly stated in:

>old diaries from former soviet officers that made clear that without lend lease, especially food, soviets wouldn´t dare to hope of winning
>testimonies from captures soviet officers (which also confirm operation barbarossa was a preemptive strike)
>having a look at the amount of stuff the soviets recieved in detail
