Safer than Belgium. ISIS have only attacked people who attacked them first, even if Germany currently helps with weapons they have not attacked ISIS. And ISIS have only promised to attack those who attack them first so it is highly unlikely that something will happen in Germany even if you fill it with a million ISIS fighters, but it might be a area that ISIS fighters comes from.

Well, if ISIS builds a nuke powerful enough to travel to America, they would nuke America first.

I doubt ISIS would use a nuke. If they do Russia, US, UK, France, etc. would use their nukes in the middle east, effectively wiping these sandniggers out of business.
