Is Ken Burns a legitimate, objective historian?
I started watching his documentary on Prohibition and got triggered by the use of the term "spousal rape".
Anyone got an opinion worth hearing on this guy?

It's far more popular today, on the left, to believe that slavery was the cause of the civil war.
If he believed that 25 years ago, he probably would have given other historians far more air time in his documentary than Foote.

David Duke is in good shape and would wipe the floor with Ken Burns in any type of contentious forum. He trounced Wolf Blitzer, Alex Jewnz and Paul Walker. This is the real reason the media hates him, not for what he is but for what he has done to embarrass them on their own turf.
