I really wish that I could just round them up and put them in workout camps. In my workout camps they would be forced to exercise. If they exercise and reach a healthy body weight then I would let the go back to the world of healthy folk. If they refuse to workout I would move them to a "waiting room" portion of the camps. If after 72 hours they do not choose to adopt the healthy lifestyle I would put them to death. I would have them killed by silting their throats (because this is a cheap route). Then I would make use of the remains of their fat corpses by harvesting their fat for use as fuel. As you can see this will certainly help with the upcoming U.S. oil crisis and this will help lower the U.S. obesity percentage.

Go to /fit/ and read the sticky. Eat at a caloric deficit and bam, you're fat to /fit/. I mixed keto with intermittent fasting and got good results. It's not an easy transition but I'd take temporary discomfort over permanent embarrassment/illness any day of the week.

In a vacuum, I don't have a problem with fat people. Some people have shit genetics. Some people have shit parents who wouldn't stop feeding them shit food and they developed shit habits. Shit happens. I can't take credit for not being them.
But in reality, other people pay for supporting obese people either financially or physically. Taxpayer dollars paying for the healthcare of obese people, in some ways, irritate me. However I HATE dealing with them on my job. I've worked for a private ambulance company as a EMT-B for two years and we deal with 300, 400, sometimes 500 or 600 lb. patients. At that point it isn't, "Well it's my body, I can do what I want with it." There are physical risks transferring these patients for nursing staff, aides, and transport workers lugging their fat asses from bed to stretcher and from stretcher to bed. At that point, I wish they'd put a bullet in their brain and make everyone else's life easier.
