Depends on how much money you have tbf. The proportion of shitskins in an area reverse correlates with the price of rent in the area (unsurprisingly) so if you have a bit of money you should be okay. Places to 100% avoid are all of East London, also Tottenham, Brixton, and anywhere near Edgeware Road. As far as I know Highbury and Islington is actually okay, but I'd advise just going for a quick walk around the area before you move there. You will know withing seconds if it's been infested.
