Literally what land? Silesia and Pomerania remained rightfully German. Even Germans understand they have no rights whatsoever to Poznań (Posen) just because they occupied it for a single century and Gdańsk (Danzig) is a disputable case as I acknowledge German population was living there, but the territory was always subjected to the Polish Crown before partitions.
