We'd get much better political representation here in England, Scottish people would suddenly face the same work restrictions as other EU members, we'd have access to that free Scottish university, less money would go to impoverished Scots, and if they prospered I could just go live up there.
It's never going to happen though. You can't offer people an option between
a) everything staying the same,
and
b) an enormous and costly overhaul that doesn't promise anything will better and presents a risk that things could be much worse.
Even if they got enough people to vote to leave they are way too integrated into the UK to leave it properly. They'll keep the same currency, borders will stay open, our armed services and healthcare will probably stay merged, they'll keep paying for the BBC, and Scottish people will continue to come south to find work in huge numbers.
They'll make so many compromises for convenience that very little will change. The bonuses will all go to the English because we have all the power and you are the ones that want to leave.
It will be funny to see Scotland have no place in any future sporting events apart from Tennis though.
